Theatre Support for 2026-2027:
$200 for all theatre students​

**Discount of $25 if you pay by September 4th ($175) and students are entered into a drawing for an item of Merchandise of their choice!

​​Did you know that public school dollars ONLY pay teachers' salaries and NOTHING else? If not for the necessary contributions of parents to Theatre Boosters, there would be no scripts, not sets, no costumes, no workshops, no Thespians, no productions, etc.

WE LITERALLY CANNOT PROVIDE QUALITY THEATRE INSTRUCTION WITHOUT YOUR THEATRE SUPPORT!!!!

Theatre Support is collected annually from each student in EVERY ARTS AREA at LaVilla. The funds contributed to the Boosters supplement the needs of their own Arts Department not covered by public school dollars. These essential contributions cover needs within the department and benefit ALL STUDENTS. The funding is used to cover specialized classroom materials/supplies, equipment, master classes, workshops, paint, tools that facilitate daily operation, as well as subsidize ticket prices for our events and competition so prices are not out of reach and everyone can participate and attend.

Additionally, we would not be able to have ANY SHOWS (NO fall musical, NO spring play, NO Issue Based Theater, NO performances for Black History Month or Women's History Month, etc.) without the support of these Contributions to Theatre Boosters. Quite simply, the annual Theatre Support enables every special thing the LaVilla theatre department offers your children. We do offer an Installment option as we know back to school expenses can be overwhelming.  If you need more time to pay, just reach out to lavilladrama@gmail.com.
